None Good

And when he was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. Mark 10:17-18 KJV

at And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God. Luke 18:18-19 KJV

Jesus makes a profound statement, no human is good.  No one, not even him.  Only God is good who created everything.  In fact, Genesis 1:31 "says And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good."  but if you look in Genesis 1 and 2 when God made man, God never mentions man is good.  This is why God made the Garden of Eden with the tree of Good and Bad (Evil).  Once Eve ate it, all good was lost of this world.

How do we know this?  The Holy Bible is full of stories, as I like to call "Rollercoaster" ride of ups and downs of human life of good and bad things happening.  It is the reason Jesus came to earth as mankind kept going down the path of evil all the time.  

Over the next few weeks, we will do a deeper dive into these two sections.  As a Christian, you have to remember there is not one person that is good on the earth. Not you, and especially not me.  I know my faults, bad thoughts and all.

A poll was done on social media asking if "Trust" is earned or given.  To me, it is neither.  I neither Trust nor distrust (mistrust) any human.  It is my mindset that all human beings are not good since an early age because of bully's and people spreading false rumors.  We will go deeper but you have to fully embrace what Jesus said  "none is good, save one, that is, God"
