Perilous Times

 THIS know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come

2 Timothy 3:1 KJV

 Know also this, that, in the last days, shall come dangerous times 

2 Timothy 3:1 Douay Rheims

 But know thou this thing, that in the last days perilous times shall approach  

2 Timothy 3:1 Wycliffe

As you can see, all three versions say the same thing.  Does this pandemic point to the end-times?  I am reminded of what Jesus said in Matthew 25 about the 10 virgins; 5 virgins were ready for Jesus to come while the other 5 virgins slept and were not ready.  As Jesus said in Matthew 25:13

 "Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh." KJV

 "Watch ye therefore, because you know not the day nor the hour." Douay Rheims   

 "Therefore wake ye, for ye know not the day nor the hour" Wycliffe

As you can see, we are not sure when Jesus will come; however, 2 Timothy 3 and Revelation can certainly guide us to be ready.  We do know the financial world is getting close to having the ability to mass-produce a chip to be placed in our hand or our forehead.  There is talk if you travel globally that you will have to get the vaccine.  China does have the ability to produce a 200 Million man army just like India which is mentioned before the chip being placed in the hand or the forehead.  Revelation 9 tells us 1/3 of the earth will be killed by these armies.  

This brings me to why this post, I am writing a 4th book titled "Feed My Sheep." which I hope to have done in January.  We will discuss key characters of the Holy Bible and delve into each of the main things Paul mentions in 1 Timothy.
