Wisdom

Wisdom is a constant guide in our lives, leading us every moment of the day. The Lord not only directs our paths but also strengthens us in our moments of weakness, lifting us up when we feel overwhelmed.
Wisdom
Proverbs 8:1-3 KJV
DOTH not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice? She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths. She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors.
Proverbs 8:11-13 KJV
For wisdom is better than rubies; and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it. I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
Proverbs 8:24-27 KJV
When there were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains abounding with water. Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth: While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world. When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth

I strongly encourage you to read Proverbs 8 and 9 together in one sitting. It’s a powerful way to gain a deeper understanding of Wisdom. In Exodus, the Lord speaks to Moses about filling a person with the skill to craft the tabernacle, the Ark of the Covenant, the mercy seat, and the furniture for His service. As Exodus 31:3 states, "And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship." The Spirit of God, who was present in the very beginning of creation, is the same Wisdom described in these verses. Genesis 1:2 says, "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."

From these verses, what can we learn about Wisdom? Wisdom was present at the very start of creation, alongside the Spirit of God. It is the wisdom that enabled God to create order out of the darkness and emptiness of the universe. Wisdom is more precious than gold, silver, rubies, and wealth because, unlike material riches, it is what will guide us to the judgment seat of the Lord and into Heaven when we leave this earth. Finally, wisdom is present in our daily lives, surrounding us constantly.

I have a saying, Lord let every step I take, every second on the clock, and every breath I take be for you as you guide, protect, and secure us with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding with your hand heavy upon us and command you angels to concern us to guard us in all of our ways as we do your will and plan for our lives.

Wisdom is a constant guide in our lives, leading us every moment of the day. The Lord not only directs our paths but also strengthens us in our moments of weakness, lifting us up when we feel overwhelmed. His wisdom provides clarity, offering us peace in the midst of confusion and hope when we face uncertainty. With His guidance, we can navigate life's challenges, knowing He is always by our side, equipping us to persevere. If you lack Wisdom, ask the Lord for forgiveness of your sins and that the Lord will provide the Spirit of God to direct our paths in wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and workmanship to do His will and plan for our lives daily. Seek the Lord's truth in Wisdom.
