When Truth Stops

There has been a trend in the United States that truth does not matter or has stopped mattering to the leaders of our country.  We all know the Serpent (Satan) lied or partially lied to Eve in the Garden.  The serpent twisted the words of God for His own benefit to cause the fall of mankind by eating the fruit of the wisdom of Good and Evil.

Before the 2020 election, one politician went on television almost every night accusing the sitting President of the United States as a Russian Agent with little to no proof except the politician’s word that he had evidence and would be presenting it soon.  Well, the evidence never was provided.  This politician will probably be voted in by his constituents even though he bear a false witness and lied to the American people daily.  Truth is not a value these people adhere too.  You can see this on a daily basis as “truth” does not exist in their leadership.  We also saw this when a Judge was potentially being added to the Supreme Court.  One politician accessed the judge of lying while the same politician was found to lie about his own military service in Vietnam.  Another politician accused the judge of sexual assault while he even admitted to sexually assaulting a female at about the same age as the judge.  He self-admitted yet bear a false witness against a judge all because of an alleged incident.  Lastly, another politician accessed the judge of being a drunk just like her father.  There is no evidence to support her claim, but it did not matter to this politician.  She made the claim without any knowledge of it being true.  Imagine being the wife and children of the Judge or what about His parents and siblings.

The irony is if I was a betting man in Vegas, the Politician who accused the Judge of Sexual Assault who is an alleged Christian just like the Judge, the Politician’s own Pastor did not confront the politician as he bear a false witness against the Judge.  My hope is the Pastor did confront this alleged Christian Politician, but…  I even saw it firsthand with my daughter when three Christian friends made up lies about her.  I asked the Church leadership to get involved but they refused denying the Truth of the Word of God according to Matthew 18:15-17.

The real downfall for me started when the Supreme Court stated with a lie that our three Constitutional Documents stated there was a separation of Church and State which is nowhere to be found.  The same could be said of “Roe vs Wade”.  The “Truth” became a lie of epic proportions just like when the Serpent lied to Eve.  Millions of babies have been murdered just like millions/billions have died not knowing the truth of Christ.  It is not just politicians and Supreme Court justices; you see it every day in our society from the recent Virus which locked down the world (more on this in the next blog) to local and national news to our neighbors.  My neighbor came up to me asking for us to change where we parked our cars.  He presented a logically argument which we agreed to, but his logical argument was a big lie because his reasoning was not true.  In fact, it has never been true thus we went back to our original parking arrangements.  TRUTH Matters to God and it should matter to us.
